So done with this place. I'm cancelling my credit card, that's how done I am. They're close to my house, but their convenience isn't worth it. Half the stock is always out, or they have very little so the selection is always awful. Asking for help is a time waster. I've had products recommend to me that were awful, had sales people confused by basic questions (looking for a setting powder, was given a foundation powder. Asking if a brand of matte lipstick dried down, she had no clue what that ment). Clearly they don't educate their staff.
Main complaint though? Returns. Since there are never testers or samples, I end up returning stuff all the time. Rude to me for having a return, not knowing how to credit back payment forms (which is a legal issue, how they haven't lost their merchant accounts idk), pissed that I used a product I'm returning.
God forbid you get the British assistant manager, she is the worst. I walked out of a location today because I could not deal with her again. I was trying to make a purchase with my points, she was impossible. I had a return too, but I cancelled it, put my purchase back, and walked out.
