  • They have the worst customer service. I purchased the groupon for a 8 week session and was told over the phone that I have to come in to sign her up. That was fine but then they wouldn't even tell me when the next session was. Finally get someone that tells me when the session starts but that I need to come in beforehand (for some reason I couldn't come in early the day of). So I went into the business on the Friday before I was told it started and was then told the info was wrong and since I was a groupon I had to come in sometime between June 5th through the 9th to sign her up for the next session. That because I was a groupon I could look at the schedule of start times but it would depend on what was still available. But if I was to pay full price it would be different. Really?! If you don't want to honor the groupon that YOUR company put out there then don't offer it. Horrible service. Hope the teachers are better but not holding out hope.
