  • Today I was down in cityscape Phoenix, and I was looking for a home phone for my grandmother. My grandmother is 93 years old and loves to talk on the phone. I walked into Verizon and found Ryan and Marina, Who are employees at the Verizon store. They were so nice to help me very quick with an acceptable option for my grandmother. I could not believe that Verizon offers a home phone service for $20 a month for unlimited nationwide calling as a home phone. I told them that my grandmother has been without a home phone for quite some time. Ryan initially help me when I walk through the door and Marina gave great advice as to which plan I should get. Their customer service was superb, I would highly recommend coming to visit the store for any of your cell phone or Internet needs. I know that if I need more services in the future I can come back to Ryan and Marina and they will be able to help me. Thank you so much.
