  • I prefer to give ZERO star on this hotel. Poor customer service. They told me I have to stay in the "manor" since there's no available upgrade. I was not aware that the "manor" is about 5 minutes or for my 82 years old mom, 25-30 minutes walk to the hotel itself. They resolved the issue but that's after I already felt exhausted to get my point across. In other words, they ruined my mini vacation. I will NEVER book in this hotel ever again!!! Please be aware that if you're in " manor " you're not going to get the feel of hotel atmosphere. I actually felt I was in a prison cell. The experience is something I will never forget. Tonight is my first night here and I'm still very much upset. I'll write another review if the next 2 days of my stay changed my view about Circus Circus Hotel.
