  • If your item is damaged by Al Phillips, you will not be compensated anything, it will not be repaired properly, nor will anything else be done to rectify the damage to your property. The lady in corporate in charge of damages will not return phone calls. The company will not respond to emails. My designer purse was ruined by Al Phillips. They attempted to repair it twice themselves without my authorization, damaging it further each time. After two months of being unable to contact the company, I was told that they would no longer take responsibility for the damages. If you have anything of value, do not risk taking it here. If it is ruined, which mine was, you will simply get a refund and be stuck with your damaged item. I dont understand how they stay in business. Ridiculous. I am glad I have an attorney in the family. Stay far away.
