  • I did not have a positive experience at this clinic. My 9 week old puppy was bit and we brought her in with a torn conjunctiva. The desk staff was rude and unprofessional. The vet tech we had was kind and knowledgeable, however the vet seemed rushed and was far from reassuring. He sent us home with only eye ointment and metacam. We were at the Chandler location again within 6 hours, my puppy was already battling an eye infection and should have been sent home on oral antibiotics. Thankfully, our experience at their other location was much more pleasant and my dog's condition began to improve immediately.
