rev:text	I'm writing this review because the employees who work here deserve a huge pat on the back. Today, I witnessed one of the most disgusting acts of human kind. There was a piece of human waste standing behind me in line. He barked a very complicated order at a clearly new employee, part of which included his coffee include "3-3." He appeared irritated when the employee didn't know a 3 by 3 was a coffee with three creams, three sugars, and "three pieces of ice" as though people commonly ask for precisely three cubes of ice in their coffee. But this isn't even what was wrong with his behavior. His coffee was made by a sweet woman behind the counter and a single drop of coffee was running down the side of the cup. He asked her "what is this?!" As though it was an outrage that one drop of coffee was on his coffee cup. The woman explained that when she dropped his ice cubes in it, the coffee must have splashed a little. The man behaved as though this explanation was completely implausible. The man cut her off and said "wipe it off at least, act like you care. Do you even care. Show a little respect." While this quote standing alone might not appear warranting of this review, his tone was directly demeaning the woman. Thankfully the woman sternly stood up for herself and told him have a nice day before he stormed out smirking at me. I was so impressed by her poise because I, a third party bystander, wanted to splash a healthy serving of boiling coffee into his wide open eyes. This man's behavior was so egregious, after he stormed out, all of the other customers awkwardly stared at each other and one even commented to me about what we had just seen. I hope he reads this or, at the very least, the very kind employees of Dunkin know that their reactions far surpassed what this animal deserved. You are the true heroes and I thank you for your customer service.
