| - DO NOT GO HERE. READ THIS. THEY ARE SHADY. GO TO LAS VEGAS HYUNDAI. READ MY PREVIOUS POST TO SEE WHAT I WENT THROUGH SO YOU DON'T HAVE TOO. I spoke with 6 different salespeople (HOPING TO FIND ONE WHO WAS PROFESSIONAL....I DIDNT) and not one of them take notes nor do they care too in order to have good customer service. In other words, you have to start over again each time you speak to a new rep. Every car I've leased and every salesperson I spoke with understood I wanted a 12k miles per year lease. Like the last 4 cars I've leased. All standard leases. The salespeople try and upsell you by saying they'll honor a price they give, but once you get there, they say "wait, you want 12k? No one told me that (bs). The price will go up (upsell) because the standard is 10k a year." (Bs) Shady. Look at any lease offer and it's 12k miles a year. Plus, when asked about there terrible ratings on yelp, they say look at our dealership rating site. (This is a site controlled by the dealership and it's partners which give each other good reviews so it is totally fake and bought!!!!!) Now, to my experience... I was contacted by a manager of the store to "try and make things right" so I would take down my honest review. The manager promised to give me a price and that if I wanted it, I would have to drop everything and go to their dealership now to get it. I told him that I couldn't get there that day, and honestly didn't know if I even believed the guy, and asked if at least I could have one day to think about it. I got no response. Now the next day, he calls around noon to say I could come in today. However, the SUV he said he would give me, he has to check if it's still available. Guess what, it's now sold! Plus, after telling every salesperson (6 total) that I wanted the lease as what I currently had, 36 months 12k miles a year, he told me he would only give me 10k a year. The manager said I have another SUV (wrong color which I was very specific on because of the heat here in Vegas) so just get this one, the one you don't want. Basically, instead of doing the right thing and holding the car, they got greedy and are now telling me to suck it up and take what they give me. Wow. AGAIN. WHAT A JOKE. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AND WILL RIP YOU OFF AT EVERY POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY. RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY. TOTAL AMATEURS. They only care about their bottom line. They'll probably respond to this review with exactly how I said they would. Too predictable.
