  • The space has a great layout and is welcoming. The little dog that runs around is cute as well. Dr. Heeney is very passionate about her job. She recommended eye exercises to do to help with eye strain. Eye exam may be steep ($145), but is comprehensive. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I wasn't given a contact lens prescription (just an eyeglass one though I wear contacts 99% of the time) and assumed I could use my eyeglass prescription to order contacts. $100 later, I got my contacts (not from this store) and they're the wrong prescription. Called Spadina Optometry and they said the two prescriptions were different. I was not told what my new contact prescription was even though I received a trail pair of contacts. Anyways long story short, turns out my prescription has not changed so I didn't even need to order new contacts. Here I am stuck with $100 worth of wrong contacts that I cannot return. What a waste.
