  • Aside from the ridiculous ferry that shuttles passengers from the island to the mainland, Toronto City Center Airport is miles beyond its distant counterpart, Pearson. Though check in can be a bit slow, it surpasses the annoyance that comes from the congestion of a large airport. The employees are friendly and helpful and the airport itself is immaculate. Imagine snacks and drinks on the house (cookies, biscotti and coffee, tea or sodas). A million chairs guarantee you a seat as you wait for your flight to be announced and outlets are readily available. Now that Porter flies to and from Boston, I'll never consider taking another airline to Canada, a decision that ensures that airport destination to be filled with complimentary nibbles and a relaxing place to wait for your plane!
