  • UPDATE: Since I first wrote this review two weeks ago I have been informed the agent I was working with has been fired... This company is the WORST. We used them to get home owner's insurance for a new home purchase and they were so incompetent. They could not get anything right, did not process anything in a timely fashion, and because of their idiocy our settlement kept getting pushed back. Unfortunately, though, we were already in the process so we continued on. If it's this difficult to obtain a policy with them I'd hate to know what it'd be like if we actually have a claim. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in all my life. Yes, their rates are affordable, but it's not worth the pain and suffering.
