  • I moved into a condo managed by them in Feb. Immediately there was an issue with a neighbor letting their dog roam the complex unleashed and it would get very aggressive with me when I came and went. Kept Tom, my property manger, in the loop on everything and took his suggestions of getting video. It took the HOA three months but our hellish neighbors are finally being evicted, all over this dog. Tom was polite and professional throughout, even when I was at my wits end. He's also responded to the two maintenance requests we've had so fast that we weren't ready for him. Now that our neighbors and their dog are gone, we are looking forward to living here in peace and quiet and not bugging Tom anymore. Thank you Tom!
