They initially lost the car I was scheduled to look at. Turns out the sales manager had ordered it to detailing without telling anyone. When it came back from detailing it had been damaged. Large dent on the passenger side with the paint taken down to bare metal, severe cosmetic damage to the passenger side rear wheel and a chunk blown out of that tire so deep it was almost punctured. Car was severly out of alignment in the direction of the exterior damage.
The poor salesman (whom I believe was honestly caught off guard by a bad sales manager) was mortified, but the sales manager was downright indignant and acted like that should play no part in the negotiations. The sales manager even went so far as to low-ball my trade-in by about 1000 dollars in the process of being rude, aggressive and condescending.
I have had great experiences with the service department at Falconi Mazda, but would avoid the Ford dealer at all costs.
