I'm glad I'm not the only one who has a bad review of this place! The one star is for the service here.
The shoe department needs to hire more people especially on busy days they have no one helping you and the lines get insanely long. I tried getting boots once and they told me they didn't have any more in stores. I asked them to place an online order and they told me to do it instead. Um ok.
Went to the fitting room to try on some sweaters and when I came out I put the stuff I didn't want on the rack that they had in their fitting room and the person working rudely said I couldn't leave my stuff on the rack and that I was to put it back from where I got it from. TALK ABOUT GREAT SERVICE!
When I was paying I was in line at one of their service desk and when it got to my turn the girl working walked away. I wasn't sure if she was helping someone else or if she would come back but she didn't acknowledge anything so I stood around for a few mins. She didn't come back so I went to another desk to pay. Stood in line for 10-15 mins behind one customer (obv taking their sweet time). Finally the employee was like "Are you trying to pay for the bay items? Cause we don't accept those items" .....I'm sorry could you not have said anything in that 15 mins so I didn't need to waste my time standing in line for something? Smh.
The Bay might as well make everything a self serve place cause you're definitely not getting any service from here.
