Started out great with the rep, Pete, that we had. Installation was the first week of December and that is where it has ended. Yes, the PUC decision put a huge loss and management decisions to be made. But, you don't just tune out your NV customers. Had not heard boo from anybody until finally last week I got an email informing me that someone else will get back to me. Gave up holding my breathe. Still nothing. I have been trying since 2nd week in December to find out when I was going to get connected and still have gotten nowhere. Still left hanging since first of DECEMBER. They dropped me like a ball and still are dribbling me. Very disappointed with them. Very unprofessional to not have any contact with a customer for over 2 months. Called the number I was given last week. Got voicemail with no option to leave a message. How convenient. Totally beyond frustrated with them. But, I am stuck with them and they know it because I signed the contract when I was actually having customer service from them. And, they probably care less about this review because they no longer install new services here so what do they care about a Nevadan's review.
