  • I called to get an estimate or to speak to someone about comparing pricing with other companies that have quoted me around the valley for tile + installation (rough estimate). I spoke to the rudest customer service rep and she was not helpful. I can't imagine what it would be like to actually work together on a project given my experience. I was shocked. I've worked in customer service throughout college and I know how important it is to the business. Now that I'm a seasoned professional, I would be shocked if one of my employees spoke like this.
