Front desk office staff was incredibly unprofessional. Did not greet me upon arrival, just looked up from computer and asked for my last name. I waited twenty minutes just to be seen due to an error on my paperwork cause by a lady who initially took my information over the phone when I called to make my appointment. I knew this by overhearing the two office staff complain about her and gossip back and forth negatively about her. I never received an apology or an explanation from either of them for making me wait. Finally, while sitting in the waiting room waiting to be called back I overheard the front desk staff complaining about current patients while listening to voicemails from them. It was a total turnoff as a new patient, because it made me feel like I wouldn't be able to trust my needs and care with an office that speaks negatively about it's own patients.
While sitting in the dental examination chair waiting for my cleaning the young gentlemen who works at the front desk came into the room and said, "they (my previous dental office) need you to sign this paper before they will release your X-ray's to us." While I was signing the paperwork he said to another employee in the room, "the lady who works there was really mean to me." It was totally unprofessional to speak like that about your current clients previous dental office. The only reason I had to switch dental offices was because my insurance switched. The whole experience was odd. They took me on a tour of their office. Why do I care where your work out and break room is? I won't be back nor will I encourage anyone else to go there. The cleaning itself wasn't thorough either. Terrible experience overall and a complete waste of my time. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
