  • Great $10 haircut. I've been to Ruth's a couple of times now. Each time there's been no wait. My haircuts have been much better than anything I've ever received at Great Clips or Hair Cuttery for less money. The surroundings are friendly and the music is always good. Street parking is never a problem. Conversation is good. Location is very connvenient. I can go here during lunch and still have time to eat before heading back to the office. This is definitely my new, regular place to go for a haircut.
