  • At least the guy they sent was a locksmith...well, maybe. They were very hesitant to make a quote over the phone (small red flag) and I considered this as every case could be different but my front door lock needed only to be re-aligned...I had borked the angle of the key hole and couldn't realign it because I didn't know how to on the old lock. The guy wasn't at my house 30 minutes and he didn't want me to watch what he did...BIG RED FLAG!!!! Then when he was finished the lock worked again...a beautiful old lock that works great...grand total: $221.00 Yeah, I'll let that sink in a while....so, I was like"You're f-ing crazy!" Why so much, what is your labor charge? Did you replace any parts? Where is the itemized bill? He cuts 40$ off the invoice almost immediately after doing some "math" on his cell phone. What a rip. Steer clear of these guys. Steer well clear.
