  • What can I say about this hotel. We started off ok, the front staff was great and lobby inviting. We checked in with friends and made our way to our rooms. When we walked in things went south fast. We booked a deluxe king room and when we walked in there were two double beds. We called down and they stated that we were upgraded as they had booking issues. Updated is a very loose term at this hotel. We decided to just play along as we had plans and no time to deal with fighting for a room comparable to what we booked so we dropped out bags and left. Upon returning for the night the horrors that were our room became evident, mostly due to the fact that I tripped and fell because the fake wood flooring was coming apart all over the room. The cabinets doors were falling off flooring coming part dirt and stains everywhere a sink that plugged up and it goes on and on. We raised the point to the front counter the next morning and got a "oh sorry.... Here's your receipt" Stay away from this hotel at all costs. I still can't believe how horrible the room was.
