  • I could go on and on about the completely wonderful experience I have had - 2 times now - with Matt the Granite Dude. Several years ago he did my 2 bathrooms with granite countertops including the sink purchase. From start - meeting Matt for the first time, picking out the granite (with much needed guidance from Matt) to finish - the perfect installation of the beautiful granite and sinks - it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I returned to Matt this month for my kitchen granite countertops. I purchased new cabinets through a 'big box' retailer and though the cabinets are truly beautiful, the cabinet installation morphed into a terrible, terrible experience, especially due to a gross measurement miscalculation of my corner sink configuration. I don't even know where to begin about the AMAZING job Matt and company pulled off again. Matt again helped me pick out the granite (thanks Matt for your patience and guidance with my indecisiveness). He beat the big box subcontractor price almost 20%. He beat the time to install close to 58%. And the installation was as close to almost seamless as possible. Due to the big box incorrect corner sink cabinetry measurements, Matt's granite installers had to do some cutting of the inside cabinet skins and reinforce the sink area. The installers and Scott did not even bat an eye with that cabinet hitch. They knew exactly what to do to make it totally right - no angst, no additional cost, no worries, no whining. They just got-r-dun. What the cabinet installation company should have done, the Matt's granite installers accomplished beautifully - at the sink and the entire kitchen. The granite kitchen counters themselves - BEAUTIFUL. If you are looking for someone that can over deliver on every aspect of your countertop purchase, this is the person to go to. Matt and Company - THANK YOU! A million Thank yous!
