I had called to see if they had a part in store. Unfortunately they didn't have it available. I asked if they could order it for me and give me a call when it arrived. It was estimated two days the part would arrive. I waited about a week (thinking that's a good enough timeframe) for a call. No phone call.
So I called to see if the part arrived. They didn't see it in receiving. So, I'm thinking it wasn't ordered.
That's ok, I ordered the part elsewhere.
