  • Shhhhhhh... want to know a secret? Their caramels are bomb. Trust... as Yelp black Elite Jessica T. (https://www.yelp.com/user_details?userid=VHdY6oG2JPVNjihWhOooAQ) would say. Enjoying a fabulous Sunday brunch buffet in Half Moon Bay, I saw some caramels in jars near the dessert station. Being stuffed from the other offerings, I saved two types for later, sea salt and mango passion. Later that evening, my appetite was right for this treat, but I mistakenly gave away all of the latter flavor. The sea salt caramel exceeded my expectations, flavor and texture wise. Like a squirrel, I saved my nuts (caramels) to munch on when I got that craving for something sweet to satiate my mouth. When I tried the sea salt one.... let's just say my head nodded sideways (boy, that's good!) and more rapidly as I chewed on. This melt-in-your-mouth smooth caramel had a heavy dark chocolate flavor and the sea salt shines as you savor that sweet to salty aftertaste. The fruity flavors are not overwhelming yet stand out. Looking at their website there are a number of sweets that I'd venture to try. Worth the calories and then some.
