  • This is the 2nd time I bring my vehicle to be washed at this place and have to say that each time, they have done an excellent job of cleaning my vehicle inside and out. The reason for the 3 stars is the Rock Chip guy that made me feel uncomfortable. He was at my window within seconds of my arriving there, claiming that in those few seconds he had found a chip in my windshield and gave me the spill on my insurance paying for the repair. Asking what my insurance company name was, was vehicle in my name, etc. My vehicle is 6 weeks old, brand new from the showroom. I said I was not interested, and he would not let me open my door, he just kept standing there, trying to tell me that the windshield could crack, split or worse, shatter while driving if I did not have it fixed. I went ahead and pushed the door open, making him move back and again, saying, I was not interested. Mr Pushy actually followed me inside, still talking. I will not bring my vehicle back to be washed, as I do not like the feeling of being attacked by the Rock Chip guys.
