  • My a/c went out on the hottest day so far this year - 105 degrees- my brother told me he "had a guy" and I should call Alexander's and Alex would take care of the problem. He stated I could trust him not to take advantage of my dire situation. I called Alex and he told me to bring the car in right away. I can't express how awesome Alex and his team are! Not only did they have my a/c replaced and my car ready to go by the end of the day, they saved my car from certain death by doing a free oil change as the oil was so low my car was only a few miles away from ruining the engine!! The customer service provided by the young man who drove and picked me up from my office was amazing (I wish I had gotten his name). The fair pricing, the amazing customer service and fast turn around will keep me coming back to Alexander's for all of my car maintenance/repair needs! Thanks Alex you are now "my guy" and I will definitely let people know to come see you for all their car repair needs!
