  • I love Coldstone's ice cream but Coldstone wouldn't be Coldstone without the GOOD SERVICE AND TIP SONGS. What happened to that? I came in to this location. No one said "Welcome to Coldstone" The employees seemed to be annoyed. But one or two employees out of about 5 or 6. I was asked how much do I want to leave in tip instead asking "Would you like to give a tip, today?" Of all the Coldstone's ive been too, this had to be the worst one for customer service experience I've ever been too. I actually have been to this location a couple of years ago. And I'm not sure what's going on here.
