  • Wouldn't recommend this place. I bought my dream vehicle from this place about 2 months ago. That was the only decent part about this place. The salesman Robert, was very understanding and accommodating. As soon as you leave their parking lot, you can say goodbye to the customer service. The process to get my vehicle registered and under payment was a hassle and when it was 2 weeks past due, they tried to blame me for it taking so long and had no recollection of what they told me they were going to do when I bought the vehicle. The "GM" Phil acted like he didn't care about how I was being treated or lack of help by HIS employees and it really gave me buyers remorse for a vehicle I've wanted for years which is really heart breaking. The service department is a joke! I would give Jerry and his crew a -5 stars if I could. They have no knowledge and probably shouldn't even be mechanics. I was without my truck for a full 2 1/2 weeks out of the first month because it was in their garage(they gave me a loaner for the final 2 days..thanks!). The excuses they kept giving me finally started to turn on themselves so it was a relief to finally get my truck back, even if it was unfinished. At this point I would rather take my truck to a real mechanic and pay for the repairs instead of use the warranty.
