  • Great service and installation. I was concerned with the quality of work performed using a new glass company after horrible experiences in the past with other glass companies. Harry the installer was professional, showed on-time and performed the work without any issues. The company did come to my home for the install. I would highly recommend this company. My only complaint is not with the quality of the work or the company itself, but I chose to use a non-BMW glass replacement and I didn't think I would notice a difference, but I did. I don't notice the reflective lines to block the sun when I have my polarized sunglasses on and the heat just beats through. I could have chosen to get the glass with the blue tint across the top, but the previous BMW glass didn't have that, so didn't think I needed it. Just knowledge for self with next glass install. Nothing to do with the company, I could have chosen to opt for the OEM as I had in the past. Just FYI info for those who opt for the non-BMW replacement. I do plan to use this company again for my cars. I am pleased with their customer service and the quality of the work. A+++!! I've never lived anywhere that I've had to replace windshields like I do in Phoenix!!
