  • We had to stop in here since my husband and I loved the other locations (Monterey, San Francisco & Hollywood). The other scoop shops in this chain offer dine in options with glassware, but this location only allows you to get your ice cream in plastic containers. Not a big deal, just pointing out one of the differences that I noticed. Prices here are a bit high (as are the other Ghirardelli Shops), but the quality of the ice cream is quite great. My husband was a bit disappointed that the peanut butter sauce sundaes are no longer on the menu, but there are still many great choices. Service was good, it took a bit of time to get our malts, but not unreasonably long. Pretty tasty, but there are probably more cost effective options to take a family too.
