Holiday shopping is getting hard. Advertising what you don't have may be for some but not for me. I went in the one on eastern and horizon ridge after advertising prime rib roasts for approx. 4.77 per lb. The had two out and I noticed they weren't rib eyes. I asked the butcher who was putting other meat out. He said their down there. I was already there and didn't see them. I went back and he was gone. I didn't want to argue and he wasn't friendly. I noticed no other holiday roasts were out so I left. I went to Vons in anthem who also didn't have them out. The butcher was friendly and cut me one to perfection. I did all my shopping there. I feel the stores need to put holiday roasts out. People will buy them. That's a guarantee. Thank you vons for hiring friendly employees. In fairness to smiths they had wonderful rib eye steaks out on sale. That's all I bought though. Usually no complaints however. During the holidays the manager should be at the doors asking if people found everything to get a idea of what they need to put out.
