  • Last week I woke up to a cold house. I called Pawlaks about noon and was able to make an appointment for the next day. (I had used them in the past and was very pleased with them) she was concerned that I could wait that long for heat, but I assured her I would be OK, I appreciated her concern. The next day, right on time, Jason, came out, checked the furnace, and Thank God, was able to fix it in a short period of time. Jason did a wonderful job, very competent, friendly and professional. I knew he was honest with me, and didn't push any unwanted extras. He did offer me a service contract, but I couldn't afford it at this time. I was so grateful the furnace could be fixed, it's very old, and I'm also grateful to have a nice warm house. I am completely satisfied with Pawlak's and will definitely use them again!
