| - This was my 2nd time using Dan Bradley Glass to replace my broken windows. 1st experience was bad, so I want to give them another chance b/c a friend recommended them & I saw 2 good reviews before. What a big mistake, both experiences with them were unpleasant.
1st Experience:
First time window technician came out to measure (trace w/ pen & paper) the custom windows that need to be replace did not do a good job that he had to come back the 2nd time to re-do the window measurements. Which he did not show up, I was home waiting for him all day, there was no phone call to cancel or reschedule. After an hour he was late, I gave him a called & I was told he was not going to come & that he was ok on the measurements on the windows.
When it was time to install the windows, the installation technician was a bit messy. They have finger prints all over the new windows on the outside where there's no way I can clean it without having to hire someone to do it & stuck some black yucky sticky stuff on my newly painted wall.
2nd Experience:
After a month, I need to have another window replace b/c I wasn't aware that this window was broken as well or else I would have gotten it replace without going through all these troubles again.
So I called Dan Bradley Glass again and have them send someone out to measure the window & give me a quote. After the technician measure the window, I never heard from them about my quote on the window. So I called and spoke w/ someone & he didn't know anything about it. He had to go & find out b/c he believes someone was suppose to call me & that person did not & that person wasn't even in the office when I called. Finally, I have decided to move forward w/ them b/c it was getting hotter & hotter here in Vegas & having a broken window was not a good thing. I have everything taken care of over the phone w/ the sales person & he gave me a date & time that the installation technician would come to install the window. He also said he would e-mail me my payment receipt which I still haven't received.
A day before the installation, I gave Dan Bradley Glass a call to confirm that someone was going to show up at the house & install the window for me due to a bad experience before, I thought calling to confirm was the best thing to do. Guess what? A lady pickup the phone & she was rushing to hung up on me when I was very polite asking her that I was so & so and would like to confirm that a technician will be coming to install my window on such date & time & she tried to hung up on me when I need more clarification on the window.
The lady was so so rude to rushed me on the phone. The sales person gave me inaccurate information on sending me my receipts via e-mail. I called & tried to speak w/ the sales person to let him know that I never received my receipt, but he wasn't there. Someone else that I spoke with told me that they don't send receipts via e-mail & it has to be mailed out. Let see if I will ever received my receipts via postal mail.
My overall experience was horrible with Dan Bradley Glass. Paying them hundreds of dollars to have only a couple of windows replaced & a returned customer. This was the kind of service I have received. With hundreds of dollars I believe I could get better service elsewhere. Their price is not that competitive. I will definitely not recommend any of my friends or family, not with this kind of service.
