  • As a property owner, if you have property to rent and need a property Management Company STAY AWAY! They over charge on repairs, are unresponsive to rental inquiries, customer service is unheard of. They don't seem to talk to each other in the office and they don't check the property unless the owner says something. Rent is collected on the first but the owner gets rent payment usually around the 23rd of the month. I'm not sure how these guys stay in business, but I guess they have figured it out over the years.; most likely uninvolved snowbirds keep them going.
