  • There's an aspect to Firehouse that very few people are aware of, I've found that they consistently have better brisket in their subs than a good many of the BBQ restaurants in the area. And more importantly it's consistently good. You really never know if you're going to wind up with a mouth full of fat, meat or a combination at most places. Firehouse gives you tender delicious brisket all the time. The rewards program also makes it very easy to get free food in very little time. The Northlake employees are very hard working, friendly and polite.
