  • A very UNRELIABLE coach company, not that different from the terrible Lex. They have frequent delays, and when you happen to complain about the delay, all they write back is this: "In the terms and conditions printed on your ticket it clearly states that Peoria Charter will not be responsible for unforeseen delays such as stated above. It also states that the company will also not be held responsible or compensate for any late arrivals" Do not ever RELY ON them.
