  • Wish I had checked reviews before. Stay away from here what a bunch of thieves. Have never been so incessantly oversold. Clearly stated no upgrades no LDW, as I had checked and clearly had coverage on my card. Guess what wound up with LDW on my bill. When I realized and called customer service they told me I would need to go to "a" branch and asked for the closest to conference I was at and they directed my to the Scottsdale location, however, when I got there, oh were sorry we can't do anything you need to go back to the airport. Needless to say that didn't happen and now have disputed that portion of the charge and surprise, they have no record of anything. Won't be using Dollar any more for sure.
