  • I had a 7 year-old water softener from Watts Premier that needed to be serviced. Apparently, those units can only be serviced by them. After spending over an hour on the phone getting nowhere close to getting a repair scheduled, I decided to just have it replaced with a new unit for which I would be able to get service in the future. Yelp reviews led me to American Home Water. I called and had someone out here the next morning. 2 young, knowledgeable men showed up and quickly went to work removing the old softener and installing a new one. They even checked my RO system to make sure I didn't need new filters. I would highly recommend this company for all your water needs.
