| - I have been going to this practice for just over a year. I can honestly say that between Dr. Cherrington and my hygenist, Sarah, my teeth were saved. I'm one of those people who "hate" going to the dentist, and it showed, both in tooth loss and gum disease.
I don't understand some of the poor reviews on this site, but each person interprets their care and experiences differently.
The first time I called I was provided available dates and times that were convenient and were soon after my call. My limited dental insurance only covered a small portion of the charges even though the charges were reasonable. A lot of insurance plans cover very little. The office worked with me that day to establish a payment plan that worked within my budget so that my care wouldn't be delayed. The discussion about my financial responsibilities took place in private, rather than the check out desk. Their billing practices and responses to my individual needs are more than reasonable as compared to other practices within the medical community.
The office is conveniently located just west of I-95 on West Lake Mead Blvd. There is ample parking. Although, as mentioned in another review, the waiting room is somewhat small, I have never waited for more than a few minutes, and there has never been more than one other person waiting, so it's not crowded. Because the office sits off the street, it is a little difficult to spot the entrance when you arrive the first time. The office is clean, uncluttered, and quiet, and I am always treated with respect.
My care has been exceptional. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. I'm thankful I found these two excellent caregivers when I did.
