  • i hate this store so much; getting the manager on the phone to file a complaint against an employee that defrauded us was so difficult, the furniture is made for macys, its not the real brand you'd expect from natuzzi etc. what kind of company reroutes their calls to the Philippines? really? 12 minute hold times?
