  • "How not to manage a community" lessons can be learnt from these ppl. One manager tells us one thing n then she gets transfered n other staff simply refuse to co-operate. Result? We end up losing money n a raw deal. The location is why people come here n the gila ppl take advanrage of that. Rates are always going up. The apartments are smaller than any other communities in the area. Wont recommend it to anyone, not even for $200 referal reward.
