  • Today I went to Hue Dental, first I walk in no greeting oh because receptionists is not there she walks in 25 mins later I guess she was late to work once again no greeting, 5 mins later she asks me what my name is. 2.5 hours later I finally see Dr. Luis Santos barely looks at my teeth, office doesn't have Hygenist so he does my cleaning he uses ultrasonic (water thing) and only scraped my front teeth not my back teeth yea not a real cleaning then the assistant polishes my teeth he didn't even know how to do it but it got done, 3 hours later I was so upset I just paid and left. I was in the dental field for 10 year let me tell you that was not a good dental office no friendliness they over book and never get a cleaning done by the dentist.
