  • the worst experience i ever had , i entered the store from men's clothing, i walked through men's perfumes i saw two ladies standing they gave me just a look, l went to women shoes there was only one man running the department he was just looking at me then he approached & said have you been helped, i said no i'm just browsing, then he walked away, there's no hi miss how are you today?? there's no connection between selling associates & customers no greeting no suggestions nothing at all!! I walked towards cosmetics area i passed a lady was hanging some clothes again she gave me just a look , in cosmetics area same thing no greeting no smiles nothing at all , l felt so sad , you know why ?? cause i felt i'm walking in a place that doesn't appreciate customers, they not giving you a good feeling to buy anything,, i planned to buy a nice dress & shoe for my husband's work dinner but when i saw i'm not welcomed at all , i left the store and decided to buy it from a more welcoming environment, not cold bored faces.
