  • The sales experience with Joe was very pleasant. Bought two cars including a certified 2014 A6; however, we were very displeased and disappointed after discovering that the front brake pads were worn out and made screechingly loud noises not 1 month after purchase. Worse was the fact that Cedric in their service dept claimed that my wife's driving caused the wear n tear not the fact that there was a known issue with those ceramic factory pads AND kept claiming that our car wasn't under warranty after 50k miles, when in fact, we bought it certified which comes with a 6 year, 100k mile warranty. Very frustrating to talk to Cedric who always talked to us in a condescending manner. He even insinuated that I lied about our lost maintenance manual after he found it conveniently in my manual pack. Cedric was not customer-friendly, misinformed, and very unpleasant to deal with. Finally spoke with Bryce, Svc Mgr, who admitted that they should have replaced our front pads while we complained several times before. They finally replaced the pads; however, again upon picking up our car, had to deal with Cedric and his poor attitude. If they had taken care of us when we complained before, their service dept. would deserve a 5 star rating. Will not purchase nor service our cars here despite being Audi lovers and because of Cedric's lack of customer service.
