  • I don't usually do these reviews...but I feel compelled tonight. I was debating between KFC (across the street) and Sweet Tomatoes Express...and BOY am I glad I chose Sweet Tomatoes Express!!!!! WOWOWOWOWOW!!!! I've been here a few times before and of course I LOVED the fresh salads and all of the fresh ingredients and the friendly staff. But tonight...I was just BLOWN AWAY. I came in...there was a couple ahead of me asking for EXTRA EXTRA toppings on their make your own salads which kind of held up the line...but not too terribly. So I'm next. I get my make your own salad with steak. Well the guys says "since I had to wait" (totally not his fault and I really didn't wait that long!)..he would give me EXTRA steak..and BOY HE DID!!! MMMM. THEN, I get to the register...and the manager says "since you had to wait, your meal is on us...would you like some soup with your meal as well...here is a cup for a FREE drink"....wow. I didn't take the soup because I felt bad enough they were paying for my entire meal when I barely had to wait ....but I am blown away by the AMAZING customer service. I promise...next time I head out to pick something up to eat...it will ALWAYS be Sweet Tomatoes Express! Thanks!!!
