  • Fortunately, I recently had a very good experience with a bike purchase from Ridenow. I had done my homework - I looked on line to find out how much of a discount I could buy my particular model bike for at other places across the country. I went in and told them what I would pay for the bike, and after about an hour of discussion, was able to reach the deal I wanted. You must be prepared to walk away if they won't give you the deal you want. The one item that did cost too much was freight and prep. Freight was OK, but they had a very high price for bike prep. In the past, when I have pulled bikes out of crates, the bikes required very little in the way of assembly/prep. Also, I perform all of my own maintenance (former motorcycle/auto mechanic). I returned to buy some parts (filters, specialty tools) and had absolutely the best service. Now, having said all of that, I bought a BMW from their sister company, Victory, 8 months ago and had the worst experience ever. I complained to BMW North America who absolutely did not give a damn. If you are going to buy a BMW, go to Tucson or El Paso to do it. I hope my experience demonstrates a change in their corporate selling strategy for the better! PS - I worked with Kyle and Billy during the sale and had first class attention and service throughout the entire process. Thanks Kyle and Billy!
