  • I live within walking distance (5 minutes) of Porter, so I LOVE this airline for that alone!! However, there are some other noteworthy pros: - regular seat sales, up to 50% off! - if you're in the downtown core, you can walk, take TTC, or the Porter shuttle, which saves a lot of cab $$. Plus, the first checked bag is free, which is more than I can say for most airlines these days - check-in is a breeze; do it while waiting for the ferry, or once you arrive on the island - complimentary wifi, Starbucks coffee, tea, water, juice, and cookies in the lounge - in-flight booze is included - woooo-hoooooo!!!!!! And if you want to drink first thing in the morning - the flight attendants don't judge you!! - flight attendants and friendly and attentive, and the uniforms are adorable (think neck scarves and pillbox hats) and stylish, reminiscent of the 60s-era PanAm uniforms - planes (Dash 8) are nice and new, and have ample leg room - pilots are unusually handsome My only complaint is that I want more destinations added!!!
