  • THEY WON'T ACCEPT RETURNS. They helped me pick out a microwave according to my measurements and specifications and it did not fit upon arrival. They first said they would charge a new delivery fee and 25% restocking fee and then they changed their mind and denied the exchange all together. I'm stuck with a pricey microwave that doesn't fit. They might have the best prices and warm sales staff, but beware the information they are not telling you. The withheld their information about returns and exchanges even though I didn't think I wouldn't need it as they recommended the microwave for the size that I needed. They denied their fault in the matter and just continued to never got back to me.
