  • I have nothing but bad experience dealing with them the last couple days to schedule MRI. Started with the authorization supervisor, Mariah, not calling back like promised. instead she had Brittany who claimed to be the site manager call me back and she provided me misinformation about insurance denial. When really the case is simon med held up request and caused delays. AMANDA: There is no confusion on my part as I am certain that Mariah never called back as promised, Brittany provided incorrect information according to my insurance company. However, I will send you my direct contact information and thank you for your response. 6 hours later still waiting for contact from Amanda and also Stephanie Crites, Regional Manager, to call back.
