We had dinner at Fiamma our first night in Vegas. We'd gotten up at 3:30am Eastern time so we were pretty beat by the time we got there but that didn't stop us from enjoying the meal.
Service was prompt and attentive. We got a chuckle out of the waiter who eloquently described a soup with broccoli and pecarino romano soup with a pancetta accent - when he came back and I asked about the soup again, he said "broccoli and cheese". Not quite the fancy description I got the first time. I went for it anyway and it was really, really tasty, not your average "broccoli and cheese" at all!
I had the scallop and prawn risotto - the seafood was done perfectly! Alas, the risotto was not quite as good. A bit underdone and not as creamy as I would have liked to see but the seafood was so good, I'll give them 4 starts anyway. My husband started with a chopped salad that was huge! He had the Bustarelle that was really, really good.
Be forewarned- if you get a salad and an entree, the salads are HUGE!
We did not have dessert mostly because we were falling asleep in our wine glasses but it looked really tasty.
