  • I called for two days straight only because I was in tremendous amount of pain.i was referred to this place by one Dr to another. When calling I was placed on hold for 40 min, by time I got to speak to someone they said it was an answering system, I could only leave a message???!!!! Then I waited a day. No return call So then I place another call, same thing happens again. So by day four because of the amount of pain I'm in, I go to the practice and tell the front lady receptionist I've tried for days calling you ppl and no return call, then she tells me as a new patient I can't setup an appointment??!! What the F!!!! Then as I'm standing there I had to people tell me if you don't have to come to this place run!!! Run as fast as you can! I said I tested positive for RA I'm in pain, another gal says she can't get through on the phone either and she has to drive to the place to even get results from blood work or test?! What's wrong with this picture, so I told the receptionist I wasn't going to waste my time I'll find another Doctor to deal with my situation! This place is ran so poorly, I wouldn't set foot back in there!!!
